I am an experienced and tested facilitator and enabler with extensive knowledge of sales, customer success and human psychology. Also, I'm certified in 9 Levels (Graves model), Crucial Conversations, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). For the last 9 years, I've worked in SaaS and FinTech, enabling global GoToMarket teams and customers.
I'm a big proponent of the evolution from Sales Enablement to Revenue Enablement, reflecting its true role of orchestration, breaking down silos and enabling a wider range of customer facing teams to speak the same language and support the same revenue goals.
